Our company is developing intelligent pipelines, which are made of highly conductive polyurethane materials and metal foils in the lining materials to prepare wear monitoring sensors. A sensor simulation test platform is designed and built to realize the simulation test of sensor stability under the coupling effects of compression-shear, tension-shear, etc. The influence of sensor structure on sensor signal is studied, and a high-stability wear monitoring sensor is developed. The wear monitoring array is built around the pipe wall by using the monitoring sensor, and the influence of array structure parameters and arrangement direction on monitoring results is studied. The visualization technology of wear degree is developed, so as to detect the real-time wear of each pipeline, give an alarm in advance before problems occur, and arrange maintenance plans for repair or replacement in advance to reduce accidents.
