The wear resistance of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene tops in plastic, several times over carbon steels and brass.

Its impact resistance is 10 times of nylon,20 times of PVC, and 8 times of PTFE. Especially in low-temperature environment, its impact strength can reach the highest value.
