Description
The basic principle of hydrocyclone is to separate liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas and other two-phase or multi-phase mixtures with certain density difference under the action of centrifugal force. The mixed liquid is tangentially entered into the hydrocyclone at a certain pressure to generate a high-speed rotating flow field in the cylindrical cavity. Under the action of the swirling flow field, the dense components in the mixture move down along the axial direction and outward along the radial direction at the same time. When they reach the cone, they move down along the wall and are discharged from the bottom flow port, thus forming the outer vortex flow field. The components with low density move towards the central axis, and form an upward movement inner vortex in the center of the axis, and then discharge from the overflow port, so as to achieve the purpose of two-phase separation.
Because of the high speed centrifugal force, the influence of media on the inner wall of the cyclone of wear is larger, the company produces the cyclone, the full use of polyurethane processing and manufacturing, polyurethane with high wear resistance, its wear resistance is several times to ten times that of steel, at the same time the overall weight is lighter, is only a third of the weight of the iron and steel, easy to install, casting parts whole geometry size accurate, smooth surface, the entrance is in the form of involute, which can achieve higher conveying capacity under lower conveying pressure.
